The Night Out on the North Saskatchewan (NONS) is our annual fundraiser which combines guest speaker presentations, prize auctions, and thoughtful discussion around Edmonton’s natural areas and river valley. Below is an archive of past Night’s Out On The North Saskatchewan.

NONS Autumn 2023

As a tribute to dark skies, we gathered to learn about Northern Saw-whet Owls from Geoff Holroyd, as well as to learn about the ecological effects of light pollution from Robert Dick. The evening ended with an important perspective shared from an Elder. We did not record the Elder out of respect for the moment.
